We are a reputable referral agency for screened cleaning personnel, available on a regular or temporary basis. Our service area includes San Francisco and Marin counties. From basic cleaning to that special occasion, spring cleaning or moving, Brenda's Cleaning Personnel looks forward to providing the services you need. We specialize house cleaning, upholstery, window and carpet cleaning services. Our truck mounted system uses state-of-the-art equipment. Skylights, blinds and gutter cleaning is available by experienced professionals. Special requests are no problem!

How much does housecleaning cost?
The rate most customers choose to receive service under is the best rate we have listed: $20.00 an hour. What we do is advertise and obtain job leads for small cleaning businesses that we screen first and refer to your home. We have in-house screening methods based on our 33 years experience.  Other rates listed are $21.00 hr, $24.85 hr and up to $38.00 per hour. Call for details. Per piece rates apply to carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, exterior power washing of the house, or fencing or walkways.

What work will be done?
The housecleaner will take care of all your cleaning needs including vacuuming, cleaning floors, dusting, changing linens, all the 'wet" washing in the kitchen and bathroom and, most important of all, the things you request to be done.

Can I get help just occasionally?
Yes. Every appointment is welcome! One time is fine!

How do I get regular service?
Just phone for an appointment and let the personnel counselor know you would like this to be a weekly, bimonthly, or monthly appointment. After that your service is automatic, there is no need to phone each time.. Monthly customers are phoned each month as a courtesy reminder of their appointment date and time.

What if my weekly service is not enough?
Holidays, spring cleaning, special occasions, can all be accommodated. Even when your cleaner is not available, we can refer you to a comparable one.

Do I have to be home?
No, not really. A large percentage of our clients are too busy to be home every time service is scheduled. Entry arrangements can be made by phoning the office.

Continuity?
You have the security of knowing that we have been and will be in business for many years to come. Established in 1977, we know that many homeowners depend on local businesses and feel most comfortable when dealing with an agency that they have come to know and depend on.

How do I orient new personnel to my home?
You may be certain that cleaners referred by our firm clean many homes. They understand the business of cleaning! Make a list of your requirements and if you are concerned, phone home to see if your cleaner has any further questions.

How often will I need to replace my cleaner?
It is impossible to predict the exact length of time any one referral will be available to you. During the initial screening, all the circumstances are considered to decide if temporary or regular referrals will be made. When your cleaner leaves, our firm will still be here to serve you with comparable referrals. we aim to do so, without interupting your scheduled cleaning.

What if I am not completely satisfied?
The Brenda's Registered cleaners guarantee their services! Call us immediately and we can fix it right away! Please let us know so we can follow through and provide excellent customer service to you! You can also tell your cleaner while they are cleaning, they are more than happy to know what you require and to take care of it for you!  Whenever you wish to change cleaning professionals, feel free to make that request also by calling our office. The agency wants both you and the cleaner to be satisfied with our referrals. We cannot help if we are not aware of the problems.

Am I covered for damage?
Our cleaning persons carry theft and damage coverage for your home.

What happens during vacations?
Whenever you leave town, NOTIFY our office at least 48 hours in advance. When you return, your cleaner will resume automatically.

Safeguarding your privacy
At Brenda's Cleaning Personnel, Inc we take safeguarding your privacy seriously.  We are committed to protecting the personal information we obtain about you.

We never disclose the information obtained about you to a third party not directly working at your home, other than a collection agency for the purposes of payment collection.  We do not engage in any Information-Sharing practices.

We have safeguards to keep information confidential and secure. We have up-to-date physical safeguards, such as secure areas in the building, and firewalls for computers. We restrict access to information about you to only those office employees who need to know that information to provide or complete work orders on your behalf. We further restrict access to information about you to only those Independent Housecleaners who need your address, phone, entry instructions and cleaning list to complete your work order or job lead.

We do not contract with any outside mail service vendors, and we never sell your name, address or e-mail for mailing list usage.
